Our At-Home sleep test will give you the peace of mind of KNOWING the condition of your sleep each night.
 
We used the highest quality brand name at-home testing equipment on the market to ensure the most accurate at-home sleep study results.  
 
This sleep study is done in the convenience of your own home.  That's right, you get to sleep in your own bed, with your own pillow, at your normal time.   No going to a sleep lab where you can end up in an unfamiliar and uncomfortable environment where they wake you up at 4 or 5 am and send you home.  And unlike a sleep lab, our at-home sleep test only takes 3-5 minutes to set up instead of 30-40 minutes.

We provide the option of a 3 night study (minimum 6 hours each night) to help ensure the most accurate results..  Once we receive the unit back then it is analyzed and adjusted by a Registered Polysomnographer (that's the technical term for someone who is certified to read the data from the test).  Then it is sent to one of our Board-Cerified Physicians in Sleep Medicine for your final diagnosis, recommendations, and prescription for therapy (if needed).  That takes about a week.  
 
From there, you will receive a customized report of your sleep study that explains the major data points, and we can help put you into a custom-tailored "Sleep Plan" that will help you start getting the rest you need to live the life you want.
